The capability gap

Nobody in America sells this measurement. We will.

In-vacuum optical performance characterization, ITAR-clean, in Colorado. The United States does not currently have it commercially; FORGE is being built to change that. The four-way comparison:

Federal labs

Do it in house, for government programs. Not for sale.

Commercial test houses

Sell environmental screening. Screening proves survival, not performance.

Foreign commercial

The one commercial provider under vacuum is foreign: ITAR-controlled hardware cannot go there without export authorization.

Every article FORGE qualifies leaves behind calibrated, traceable measurement data. That data compounds: each campaign makes the next one faster, cheaper, and harder to compete with. The lab is how we acquire the corpus; the corpus is what makes the lab worth more than its equipment.

The gap

Today every spacecraft carries its own power, communications, navigation, and logistics. That is as inefficient as every business running its own power plant and laying its own cable, and it does not scale to a permanent presence.

Our approach

We build the shared layer as five coordinated programs, sequenced against funding: manufacturing and test revenue on the ground first, awareness as a subscription, then operations, connectivity, and lunar logistics as contracts gate each step outward.

Cislunar space is becoming an economic frontier and a contested national-security domain at the same time. The organizations that lay the foundational layer set the terms for everything built on top of it.

The five programs

Five programs. One sequence. Ground, orbit, Moon.

Each program is a real line of business, and each is gated on the one before it. A competitor selling one point solution cannot offer assured, end-to-end cislunar access; the sequence is the moat.

Constanellis sequences five programs from the ground outward: FORGE and NEXUS on the ground, HERMES and WIRES in orbit, ATLAS on the lunar surface.
