What You'll Work On
Precision optics, vacuum EO/IR qualification, and COTS-to-flight cycles from Colorado. Roles in production leadership, optical engineering, quality, and operations.
A traceable measurement corpus, a price index, an input/output model, and a coordination layer for the lunar economy. Roles in data engineering, economic modeling, and software.
Maneuver, rendezvous, servicing, and delivery missions across Earth orbit and cislunar space. Roles in GNC, systems engineering, and mission operations.
Measurement and characterization for power-beaming systems, with calibration, conditions, and uncertainty kept with every result. Roles in metrology, RF and optical engineering, and test.
Equity for the people building the company.
Every full-time hire receives a meaningful equity grant. The people doing the work share in what gets built.
Our Hiring Process
A person on the hiring team reads every application, no keyword filters. Strong candidates hear from us within a week.
A direct conversation with the hiring manager. We share where the program is; you tell us what you're looking for.
Role-specific discussion built on real problems from the program. No whiteboard algorithms, no trick questions.
Meet the people you'd work with and walk the floor, engineering, cleanroom, test bays. Travel reimbursed for out-of-state finalists.
References and clearance review run in parallel, then a written offer. We move once we've decided, compensation, equity, and start date on the table.

These seats are planned, not yet open. Join the talent network and we will contact you when your role opens. If you would rather not wait for a posting, missions are volunteered into existence before they are funded into existence: join the constellation.
The answers before you have to ask.
Is this on-site, hybrid, or remote?
Hardware work is on-site: manufacturing, test, and integration roles are in Centennial, Colorado, because the equipment is. Software, program, and business-development roles are on-site by default with real flexibility once you are established. Government business development is based in the Washington, D.C. metro. We say on-site plainly so there are no surprises at offer stage.
How does the clearance requirement affect me?
Most roles are marked clearance-eligible, which means you do not need a clearance to apply, but you need to be eligible for one. We sponsor and pay for processing. If you already hold an active clearance, say so; it shortens the path on some programs but is not a filter for applying.
Can you sponsor a visa?
Not for export-controlled roles, which is most of them. Our work falls under ITAR, so those positions require U.S. person status as defined in the notice below. We would rather tell you this on the careers page than after you have spent time on an application.
How does equity work here?
Every full-time hire receives a meaningful equity grant sized to the impact of the role, on an industry-standard vesting structure. If you are coming from a large prime and equity is new to you, we will walk you through the mechanics in plain terms during the offer conversation. Nobody should accept an offer they cannot evaluate.
What is the interview timeline?
Application review in days, not weeks. From first conversation to offer is typically about three weeks for strong candidates: intro call, technical deep dive, on-site, then references and clearance review in parallel with the offer. If we are slower than that, we will tell you why.
What happens to my application?
It goes straight to the hiring team as an email with your resume attached. No portal, no black hole, no keyword filter. A person reads every application, and you get a confirmation the moment it lands.
Are these roles actually open?
Yes. Every posted role is funded. Positions we plan to open later are listed as future roles rather than posted as if they were open, and the talent network is how we stay in touch until they are. You will not be recruited against a position that is not real.
I do not match every requirement. Should I apply?
Yes, if you match the core of the role. Requirements are the shape of the job, not a checklist we score. The nice-to-haves are genuinely nice to have. If you are close and the work is what you want to do, apply and tell us how you think about it.
This position may require access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by 22 CFR 120.62: U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status. Constanellis does not currently sponsor employment visas for export-controlled roles.
Every posted range is annual base salary only, benchmarked against current aerospace and defense postings for comparable scope in the same market. Where an offer lands in the band reflects experience, depth in the specific skill, scope of the seat, and clearance status. Equity is granted separately to every full-time hire and is not included in the posted number. Benefits are described above. Ranges are posted in good faith at the time of listing and may be updated as the market moves.
