The Constellation

Companies are hired into existence. Missions are volunteered into existence first.

A payroll is what a company runs on. A standard is what a mission runs on, and it is set by the people who do the work before there is a badge for doing it. Constanellis is building the infrastructure layer of cislunar space, and it is building the orbit of engineers, advisors, and partners around that layer on the same terms: bring work, hold a standard, take the correction.

This page is the whole of it. The standard, the counts, and four doors. The counts are real, they start at zero, and they stay that way until the work lands.

One standard. Four doors. Counts reviewed monthly.

The standard

A bar, written down before anyone arrives.

There is one way in, and it is the same whether you contribute on a weekend, advise once a quarter, sign a partnership, or take a seat full time: prove you belong, with work. The standard is published so it cannot be adjusted for who is asking. Meet it and the door opens. That is the entire mechanism.

01

Bring an artifact.

Something you built, measured, wrote, or proved. Work is read before titles are. If what you can show belongs to an employer, say so and bring the part that is yours.

02

State claims the way this site states them.

Numbers carry units. Specs carry a maturity label. Estimates say they are estimates. The discipline published here is the discipline used inside.

03

Name the interface.

The system, the seam, and the first step. Interest is not an interface, and a logo is not an integration.

04

Take the correction, and give it.

You will be told precisely where you are wrong, without theater and without an audience. Do the same for us. Being right matters more here than being agreeable.

05

Clear the export line.

Some work is export controlled. We tell you what a task requires before you start it. Do not send export-controlled technical data through the form on this page; ask for a channel and we will arrange one.

Nothing on that list is about pedigree, and nothing on it is negotiable. It is a standard, not a rope. If you meet it, say so through the door that fits.

The count

The map is drawn from the numbers. The numbers are drawn from the work.

Every count below is real and starts at zero. A count moves when work is accepted, an agreement is signed, or a scope is named in writing, never before and never in anticipation. The owner re-verifies all four monthly and stamps the review date on this page. The star map is generated from these numbers, so it cannot show a member the count does not.

Zero nodes plotted. The map is generated from the counts on this page: when a count moves, a node appears. Until then the orbits stay empty. We do not draw stars we do not have.

Star map, described. 3 orbits: Contributors, 0; Advisors, 0; Partner organizations, 0. The map draws one node per counted member and holds 0 nodes in total.

0
Contributors
People whose work has been accepted into a Constanellis system or study, counted once the work lands and they agree to be counted.
0
Advisors
People under a written advisory agreement with a named scope and a question they are on the hook to answer.
0
Partner organizations
Organizations under a signed agreement with a defined technical interface between their system and ours.
0
Contributions in the record
Discrete pieces of work, a study, a tool, a procedure, a dataset, accepted into the record with the contributor credited.

Counts are real and start at zero. Reviewed by the owner monthly. Last reviewed 2026-08-03. Headcount is not published here; open roles and salary bands are on the careers page.

The doors

Four doors. Same standard behind each one.

Pick the door that matches what you can actually do this quarter. Every message goes to the same inbox a briefing request goes to, a person reads it, and you get a reply within one to two business days. Tell us the work, not the enthusiasm.

Contribute: what to include

  • The artifact, or a link to it
  • The hours per week you can actually hold
  • Any employer IP agreement that applies
Export control: do not send export-controlled technical data through this form. Ask for a channel and we will arrange one.

If the standard is the thing you are looking for, you are in the right place.

Open roles and salary bands are published on the careers page. If you would rather start with a conversation about the architecture itself, request a briefing.
