Policy

Equal employment opportunity.

Who gets hired here is decided by what they can do. This page states the policy in full, including the provisions a federal contractor is expected to publish.

The policy

Nondiscrimination

Constanellis Aerospace, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We recruit, hire, train, promote, compensate, and separate without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital or parental status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, demonstrated ability, and the needs of the business.

Harassment and retaliation

Harassment on the basis of any protected characteristic is prohibited, and so is retaliation against anyone who reports it, participates in an investigation, or opposes a practice they reasonably believe to be unlawful. Concerns can be raised through any channel described on our ethics and business conduct page.

Pay transparency nondiscrimination provision

We will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. This does not apply to employees who have access to compensation information as part of their essential job functions and who disclose it to someone without such access, except where the disclosure is in response to a formal complaint or charge, in furtherance of an investigation or proceeding, or consistent with a legal duty to furnish information.

Posted salary ranges

Every role we post carries an annual base salary range, benchmarked against current market postings for comparable scope. Ranges are base salary only; equity is granted separately. This is our practice everywhere we hire, not only where a jurisdiction requires it.

Federal contractor obligations

As a federal contractor we comply with the equal opportunity obligations that apply to our contracts, including those covering protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. Some reporting and written-program obligations take effect only at defined employee-count or contract-value thresholds; we stand each one up when its threshold is met rather than claiming it in advance. This page states policy and commitments, not certifications.

Employment eligibility and export control

We verify the employment eligibility of every new hire as required by law. Most of our roles require access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations, and those roles require U.S. person status as defined at 22 CFR 120.62. That requirement is imposed by export control law, not by preference, and it is stated on every affected posting so no applicant discovers it late.

Accommodations

If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply, interview, or perform the essential functions of a job, email info@constanellis.com with the subject line “Accommodation request.” Tell us what would help. We will arrange it, and requesting it will not affect how your application is evaluated.
